Description:a fast as lightning the user flies straight up into the air and spins head over heals to create a spinning ball motion. the user then camoflages amoung the sky and senses the enimies next move. the user then strickes like lightning

Strengths:speed, ability to sense other peoples future actions,partial camoflage

Weakness:very high pitched sounds break technique's ability
